Ogden Valley Speech Therapy currently accepts private pay only.

The cost of a comprehensive speech and language evaluation is $150. The evaluation includes time getting to know your child, parent feedback, informal and formal tests, and other measures needed to identify your child's strengths and potential needs. You will receive a written report with the results of the testing, diagnosis, and clinical recommendations. The therapist will review the report with you and answer any questions you may have.
The cost of individual therapy sessions depends on the length of the sessions and frequency. Therapy sessions include direct contact with your child and consultation time spent with parents/caregivers. The cost also reflects travel to your home. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided with your expected costs prior to your services beginning.

Ogden Valley Speech Therapy serves children ages 1-18 years. We may be able to serve younger or older clients on a case-by-case basis.

Speech-language pathologists are trained and licensed to provide treatment for a wide range of communication disorders. Currently, we are offering services to treat late talkers, speech sound disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, fluency disorders, social language delays, and early reading/literacy skills. We are happy to discuss your child's specific needs during a free telephone consultation.

We request that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a therapy session. A cancellation without notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that you may need to reschedule a therapy session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. The success of your therapy sessions depends on a consistent treatment schedule. Rescheduling your appointment is strongly encouraged to maintain progress.

Ogden Valley Speech Therapy provides services in your home in Huntsville, Eden, or Liberty, UT. That means we come to you! We also provide online services throughout the state of Utah.

The frequency of therapy sessions will be based on clinical recommendations following the initial evaluation. Speech therapy is most commonly recommended for 1-2 times per week.

Individual private speech therapy sessions are typically scheduled for approximately 30 minutes of direct contact.

Typically, a comprehensive speech and language evaluation is needed to determine intervention targets. If your child has had testing completed within one year by a licensed speech-language pathologist and you are able to provide a copy of the test results and treatment plan, a formal evaluation may not be needed.

Your child is in a natural, comfortable setting which can reduce stress and facilitate faster progress. Therapy can focus on personal routines or more relevant activities, making communication targets more meaningful. No commute! You don't have to travel for services-- saving time, gas, and wear on your vehicles. Parents are able to observe, learn, and participate in sessions.
